Below are communications posted to our website by two of Sills' family members soon after her death: July 3 - This is Beverly's cousin Kenny Morse. I just want to say thank you to all for the beautiful comments. The family is coping with this loss which is so huge for us, as she was not only a loved one, but she was to us as well, larger than life. Please know that her immediate family, Daughter Muffy, and Brother Stan, are ok and handling the loss as well as can be expected. She will be laid to rest tomorrow (the 4th) in a private ceremony at our family's cemetary (next to her mother and father). I hope you will continue to post here, as I will pass these on to Muffy. July 4 - This is Beverly's cousin Kenny. Beverly was laid to rest this morning. It was a small service with only family and some of the people who took care of Beverly and Muffy over the years. Only her brother Stanley spoke. She didn't want a service, or a memorial, but I'm sure someone will organize one. All your messages are amazingly wonderful. I hope you enjoy it and the pictures here. Your comments indicate your kindness and reflection of her effect on you. She would be gratified. July 6 - I am Beverly's nephew, the son of her late older brother Sidney. I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful tribute page you have set up. My family is deeply appreciative of your love and devotion to a special person that was part of my 48 years of life. I read over the email tributes left daily and I am amazed at the outpouring of grief, love and admiration for my Aunt. You have to understand that for those of us in the family she was just our "Aunt Bubbs", not the internationally acclaimed star. To all of those that have sent their condolences, memories and love it is very helpful and greatly appreciated. Andrew Silverman - Plantation, Florida.
